Information about the stage programme and activities
All exhibitors at Bogforum (with the exception of Artist Alley) may submit proposals for Bogforum’s official stage programme.
There are two submission deadlines: the first round is 6 April and the second round is 3 August. Please note that the majority of stage slots will be allocated in the first submission round.
Proposals must be entered into this document and submitted as one single Word file (not PDF) to program@bogforum.dk.
In addition to the author’s name and book title, the various working groups and committees place particular emphasis on the following when prioritising and planning the programme. Format is important, as the title should be presented in a way that is especially engaging for the audience, with consideration given to whether the work can be included in a thematic context and contribute to variation in the overall stage programme, including in terms of format. Feasibility is also key, meaning that what is proposed must be realistic. Quality is prioritised over quantity, and we encourage you to submit fewer but well-prepared proposals. Any supplementary information that may help qualify the assessment of the proposal should also be included.
The programme on Bogforum’s official stages is planned in collaboration with Bogforum’s Advisory Board and the various working groups. Please note that having a stand at Bogforum is a prerequisite for having authors on the stages, and only proposals that meet Bogforum’s deadlines and are submitted using the attached template will be considered.
In addition to listing author names and titles of current publications, you are very welcome to propose special event formats that may be relevant to the work of the respective committees.
We do not accept submissions for Bogforum’s School Programme. This programme is planned in consultation with teachers and does not require topicality as a condition for author participation. If you have ideas for school events, you are welcome to contact Johan Lose at jolo@bellagroup.dk.
You can expect to receive confirmation of which of your authors have been allocated stage time in mid-May for authors submitted in the first round and in early August for authors submitted in the second round.
For more information about submitting proposals for Bogforum’s Debutant Prize, please see here.
It is possible to purchase stage slots on the Bella Stage, which is Bogforum’s only non‑curated official stage. Prices for hiring the Bella Stage for different time slots can be found here.
Sales of stage slots open on 16 April, and slots are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Booking of stage slots must be made by email to booking@bogforum.dk.
Events on the Bella Stage are presented in both the printed and digital programme on equal terms with the other official stage events.
The deadline for programme texts for the Bella Stage is early August.
PLEASE NOTE: We have not yet opened access for creating or updating exhibitor pages, activities and programme content on Bogforum.dk.
Bogforum’s online exhibitor list, activities and programme are created in collaboration with the online platform UdstillerGuide.
Via UdstillerGuide, it is possible to create an Exhibitor Page to present your organisation as an exhibitor. The exhibitor page is linked to your specific stand at Bogforum via your stand number.
PLEASE NOTE: An exhibitor page is required in order to appear in Bogforum’s online exhibitor list.
Once your exhibitor page is in place, you can create a stage programme and activities linked to your stand. You can also create all authors and stage participants appearing either at your own stand or on one of Bogforum’s official stages.
PLEASE NOTE: All registered authors and stage participants are granted free access to Bogforum.
How do I get access as an exhibitor?
Login for previously created users:
Have you participated in Bogforum before? You can simply reuse your login from last year. Log in here.
Creating a new user:
Create your UdstillerGuide user here. Please read the instructions below:
In the field labelled “Please enter the provided code to create your user as an exhibitor”, enter the code Bogforum2026 to gain access to user registration.
The registration page includes a how‑to video and a step‑by‑step guide to help you create your user.
Please make sure to create only one user profile per contract/stand, and then share the login details internally if multiple people need access to edit your exhibitor page, programme, etc.
When you create your exhibitor page, stand numbers will be linked by us. Please note that it may take some time before the stand number appears on your page.
Transfer of an exhibitor page to a new contact person:
If you need to transfer an existing exhibitor page to a new responsible contact, please do the following:
Create a new user for the new contact person and then contact Johannes at info@udstillerguide.dk, informing him that you need the existing exhibitor page transferred to the new user.

Bogforum works with Story Lab Egmont on the development and production of our printed programme, which this year will once again take the form of a magazine.
In addition to the official programme featuring all events on Bogforum’s official stages, the magazine will also include articles, features and other literature‑related content, as well as advertisements and paid content.
As last year, the magazine will be distributed to libraries and bookshops across the country, handed out at Bogforum, and bundled with 15,000 copies of ALT for damerne and Eurowoman (in selected print runs).
Be part of Litteraturmagasinet
If you would like to help shape the magazine’s content, please contact Story Lab Egmont via Client Manager Carsten Henrik Jensen at carsten.jensen@egmont.com.

PLEASE NOTE: If print‑ready files are supplied, the material deadline is 1 September. If you require assistance with the development of themed sections or advertisements, please contact the above at Story Lab.

Exhibitors
Exhibitors are granted access with their exhibitor passes. Read more about ordering exhibitor passes under Ordering exhibitor passes and guest tickets.
Authors
All authors, moderators and other stage participants who have an official role at Bogforum (such as stage appearances, book signings, talks at a stand, or similar) and who are listed in the online programme will receive a VIP wristband upon arrival.
The wristband provides access to Bogforum as well as the Author Lounge (located by the VIP entrance) on all days.
You therefore do not need to order tickets for your authors – simply ensure that they are included in the online programme. Read more about registering stage participants under Creating an exhibitor page, programme and activities on Bogforum.dk.
Bogforum will send practical information directly to authors and moderators participating on the official stages.
Practical information for other authors or moderators (participating in activities at your stand) is your responsibility, but we have prepared a guide which you are very welcome to use.
Ordering exhibitor passes and invitation cards (guest tickets)
Exhibitor passes, which are access passes for stand staff, and invitation cards, which are guest tickets, are ordered via Billetlugen using the link and exhibitor‑specific code sent to you.
Please note that the link and codes will be sent out in mid September.
There is no deadline for ordering exhibitor passes and invitation cards. However, exhibitor passes must be available for scanning either printed or digital from Friday morning.
Ordering exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes are access passes for your stand staff. Each exhibitor pass provides access on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The pass is not personal but may only be used by one person per day. Exhibitor passes are not required during move‑in and move‑out on Wednesday, Thursday and Monday.
The number of exhibitor passes available to you depends on the size of your stand and is allocated according to the following distribution:
Stands of 6 to 8 square metres receive 4 passes
Stands of 9 to 10 square metres receive 6 passes
Stands of 11 to 20 square metres receive 12 passes
Stands of 21 to 30 square metres receive 18 passes
Stands of 31 to 40 square metres receive 24 passes
Stands of 41 to 100 square metres receive 40 passes
Stands larger than 101 square metres receive 100 passes
Please note that the number of allocated exhibitor passes may also be determined by a partnership agreement or stand type such as Micro Publishers, Artist Alley or concept stands.
When ordering exhibitor passes, they will be sent to your email address as one combined PDF ready for printing. The passes can then be distributed to the relevant staff members.
If you wish to split the PDF and distribute exhibitor passes individually by email, you can use an online PDF splitter to divide the combined file into individual PDFs.
Purchase of additional exhibitor passes
It is possible to purchase additional exhibitor passes. Please note that exhibitor passes are for stand staff only. For the purchase of additional exhibitor passes, please contact bogforum@bogforum.dk.
Ordering invitation cards (guest tickets)
Invitation cards are guest tickets that you can purchase and give to partners and guests you wish to invite to visit your stand at Bogforum. Each invitation card consists of one ticket granting access for one chosen day at Bogforum, either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Scanned invitation cards will be invoiced after Bogforum.
Invitation cards cost DKK 105.00 excluding VAT and include the Billetlugen fee.
When ordering invitation cards, they will be sent to your email address as one combined PDF ready for printing.
If you wish to split the PDF and send invitation cards individually by email, you can use an online PDF splitter to divide the combined ticket file into individual PDFs.
